Flybotix establishes master distribution structure in the United States with Frontier Precision

Expanding confined-space drone inspection through a US Master Distribution Agreement

Lausanne, Switzerland/Bismarck, North Dakota – February 13th, 2026 – Flybotix, developer of the drone-based ASIO Solution for inspection and digitization of confined spaces, has formalized its long-term US market strategy through a Master Distribution Agreement with Frontier Precision.
Under this agreement, Frontier Precision becomes Flybotix’s Master Distributor for the United States.

US Master Distribution Agreement structure

The partnership formalizes and expands a collaboration that has already demonstrated strong commercial traction. With this new structure, Frontier Precision assumes responsibility for:

  • Master representation of Flybotix in the US
  • Development and management of a sub-dealer network
  • US-based inventory of ASIO drone
  • Provision of Level 1 technical support
  • Territory development and market expansion

This agreement marks a structural step in Flybotix’s US market development. By anchoring distribution, support, and inventory locally, the company strengthens its ability to serve industrial and municipal customers deploying confined-space inspection solutions.

“Establishing a master distribution structure in the United States reflects our long-term commitment to this important market,” said Samir Bouabdallah, Co-Founder & CEO at Flybotix. “Industrial customers require more than advanced technology. They expect local accountability, responsive support, and structured market presence. This agreement ensures that foundation is in place.”

What this means for US customers

For US customers, the new structure provides:

  • Local product availability
  • Shorter lead times
  • Defined and faster technical support channels
  • Clear commercial accountability

“We view confined-space inspection as a critical evolution in industrial asset management. Flybotix has built a category-defining platform with ASIO X, and our role as Master US Distributor allows us to bring that capability to market at scale — with the local accountability and structured support industrial operators require. This agreement positions us to lead the US market in indoor industrial drone inspection.” said Tony Scott, Executive Vice President at Frontier Precision.

The agreement reinforces Flybotix’s strategic focus on the United States as a priority market and establishes the operational framework required for long-term growth.
